Participants are auditioned ahead of time and selected by MSU. Kailee Gussey was accepted and participated.
Nov. 14/15th, 2025: Northern Plains Music Festival @Dickinson State University.
Participants are selected by each school's music teacher. Participants were:
Joe Schmidt, Bryson Frank, Ethan Spencer, Alanna Crawford, Kailee Gussey, Tennile Tooley, and Harlow Seymour.

These festivals are prestigious events that showcase the talent of high school students. They include various musical groups such as Concert Band, Mixed Choir, and Women's Honor Choir. The festivals are held at Minot State University and Dickinson State University and offer a unique opportunity for students to meet peers and professors, as well as explore educational options for their future. They have a concert at the end of each event that allows the students to show off their hard work and dedication to music.
