The New England Tigers volleyball team captured the District 7 Championship in dominant fashion, sweeping their way through the tournament. The Tigers opened with a 3-0 victory over Richardton-Taylor, followed by another decisive 3-0 win against Beach in the semifinals. In the championship match, New England continued their strong play, defeating Glen Ullin/Hebron 3-0 to claim the district crown.
Three Tigers earned All-District 7 honors for their outstanding performances — Emma Olsonawski, Carly Wolf, and Kallie Dinius. In addition, Head Coach Shelley Stuber was named District 7 Coach of the Year, recognizing her leadership and the team’s consistent excellence throughout the season.
With the District title secured, the Tigers now advance to the Region 4 Tournament, where they will open play at 1:00 p.m. against Washburn at Killdeer High School.
